Welcome to www.buibab.com. (the "Website"). The following basic rules govern your use of the Buibab ("Buibab") Website. Buibab may change, add or remove portions of these terms of use at any time, but if it does so, it will post a notice of such changes on the Website.
IF ANY OF THESE RULES OR ANY FUTURE CHANGES ARE UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICE NOW, OR FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF NOTICE OF ANY CHANGES IN THESE OPERATING RULES, WILL INDICATE ACCEPTANCE BY YOU OF SUCH RULES, CHANGES, OR MODIFICATIONS.

SITE CONTENT

Buibab attempts to be as accurate as possible with regard to the content of its Website. Although we attempt to verify that the information posted on our Website is correct, such as product descriptions and prices, Buibab does not guarantee that the content of its Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Buibab reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If the correction takes place after you place your order and is directly linked to your order, we will try to notify you of the correct information following the receipt of your order, and you may cancel the order without any obligation within 48 hours from the date of the notice. Following the 48-hour period to cancel your order, your order will be processed as per the corrected information.

	COLORS
	Buibab makes every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

PLACING AN ORDER

It is easy to place an order at Buibab.com using your credit card on our secure Website.

1. Whenever you find an item you like, simply click the "Add to Bag" button after you select your preferred Color, Size and Quantity.

2. When you have finished shopping and are ready to check out, click on "My Shopping Bag" in the top right hand corner of any page.

3. Shopping Bag page presents you with all items you have chosen. You can change quantities or delete items from this page before continuing to the Customer Information page.

4. On the Customer Information page, enter your Billing and Shipping information. Once you enter all information, click the "Confirm" button at the bottom of the page.

5. On the Payment page, verify that all of your billing and shipping information you entered is correct. Then click on your type of credit card and enter number and expiration date. Once all information is correct, click the Send payment button on the page to process your order.

6. If your credit card is declined, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please contact your credit card company if the problem persists.

7. An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered during the checkout process.

Canceling an Order - Please note that our processing system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. As a result, Buibab cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

	PAYMENT OPTIONS
	We are unable to accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers. The Website accepts the following credit cards : Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged on the date that we ship your merchandise to you. You can also pay with Paypal.

SALES TAX

Prices are displayed in Euros all taxes included. The VAT rate applied is the current French VAT rate of 19,6%.These prices are exclusive of transportation and customs duties (shipping outside the European Union). The buyer is responsible for these costs.
In the event that the VAT rate is altered, the price of the corresponding articles could be modified.
For countries outside the European Union, prices on the bill are given exclusive of taxes.
Postage and packaging costs are billed in addition. The amount depends on : the parcel weight, the shipment destination, and the shipping service.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

- Delivery Times :
Most orders ship the following business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
All orders will be received in four to ten business days from the date your order was placed. Delivery may take longer for orders being shipped in some countries. Sorry, express delivery is not available at this time.
Please note that there're deliveries Monday through Friday, excluding the holidays.
The goods always travel at the risks and dangers of the customer who should verify the good state of the goods at the arrival of the parcel and has a delay of 48 hours to make possible reserves with the carrier in case of missing or degradation. The customer should then war Buibab by email at the address contact@buibab.com.

- Shipment Confirmation and Billing :
Your credit card will be charged on the date that we ship your merchandise to you.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email on the day that your order is shipped, which will include a link to track your order. If we cannot fulfill your order within thirty (30) days, we will notify you of the delay and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
Although Buibab makes every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we may be out of certain items. If an item is out of stock, we will ship and charge to you only the available items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 15 days from the date you receive your order. All returns and exchanges must be mailed to the address below (with the return / exchange form available on the delivery order), and we request that you use a carrier that provides shipment tracking, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

If you are properly returning merchandise for credit due as set forth above, we will credit the full cost of the merchandise back to the credit card originally used for payment. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. (We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.)

- Returns :
Securely pack and seal your items in their original condition, and include the return form in the package. Packages must be returned prepaid via a carrier that provides shipment tracking.

- Exchanges :
List the item(s) you would like to receive in the space provided. Securely pack and seal your items in their original condition, and include the return form in the package. Packages must be returned prepaid via a carrier that provides shipment tracking. We are pleased to ship the new merchandise to you with no additional shipping and processing charge. We will charge your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for the returned merchandise.
